摘要
目的分析疼痛护理在急性胆囊炎伴胆囊结石术后患者中的应用效果。方法选取我院2019年6月至2020年6月收治的100例急性胆囊炎伴胆囊结石患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组(50例)和观察组(50例)。两组患者入院后均接受常规胆囊切除术治疗,对照组采取常规护理干预,观察组采取疼痛护理干预。比较两组的心理状态、疼痛情况、舒适度状况及护理满意度。结果干预后,两组的SAS、SDS评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后6、12、24、48 h,观察组的VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组的GCQ评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论疼痛护理应用于急性胆囊炎伴胆囊结石术后患者,能够明显减轻术后疼痛,改善心理状态,提升患者的舒适度及护理满意度。
Objective To analyze the application effect of pain nursing in patients with acute cholecystitis and cholecystolithiasis after operation.Methods A total of 100 patients with acute cholecystitis and cholecystolithiasis treated in our hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group(50 cases)and observation group(50 cases)according to random number table method.Both groups received routine cholecystectomy after admission,the control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received pain nursing intervention.The psychological state,pain,comfort and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the SAS and SDS scores in the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).At 6,12,24 and 48 h after operation,the VAS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the GCQ score in the two groups increased,and that in the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Pain nursing applied to patients with acute cholecystitis and cholecystolithiasis after operation can significantly reduce postoperative pain,improve psychological state,and improve comfort and nursing satisfaction of patients.
