摘要
目的分析舒适护理在老年急性胆囊炎手术患者中的应用效果,以寻求有效且实用的手术护理方法。方法选择80例老年急性胆囊炎患者,根据数字表法随机分为基础护理组(n=40)和舒适护理组(n=40)。基础护理组接受基础护理,而舒适护理组接受舒适护理。观察并比较2组的术中出血量、手术时间、住院时间及术后并发症等情况。结果舒适护理组手术时间、住院时间和术中出血量均显著少于基础护理组(P<0.05),术后并发症发生率也显著低于基础护理组(10.0%vs20.0%,<0.05)。结论舒适护理能有效减少老年急性胆囊炎患者的术中出血量,缩短患者的手术时间和住院时间,减少患者的术后并发症,具有一定的临床应用价值。
Objective To explore the application effect of comfort nursing care on elderly patients of acute cholecystitis surgery.Methods80elderly patients with acute cholecystitis were selected and were randomly divided into2groups:routine nursing group and comfort care group,40in each;a comparative study was made to the bleeding volume in operation,the operation time length,hospitalization duration and postoperative complication occurrence between the2groups.Results The operation time length,hospitalization duration and the bleeding volume in operation of the patients in comfort care group were shorter and smaller than those of the patients in routine nursing group(P<0.05)and the postoperative complication occurrence in comfort care group was lower than that in routine nursing group(10.0%vs20.0%,P<0.05).Conclusions Comfort nursing care can effectively cut down the bleeding volume of the elderly in acute cholecystitis surgery,shorten the operation time length and hospitalization duration of the paitents and decrease the postoperative complication occurrence,which is worthy of wider clinical application.
