摘要
目的探讨超声引导下胆囊穿刺置管引流术治疗老年急性胆囊炎的围手术期护理。方法回顾性分析94例老年急性胆囊炎患者胆囊穿刺置管引流术的术前准备、术中配合及术后护理要点,评价在此项治疗中临床护理的价值。结果 94例患者均一次性置管成功,临床效果显著,无严重并发症。90例结石性胆囊炎患者置管引流3～5周后,71例择期进行胆囊切除术,19例行长期置管引流术;4例非结石性胆囊炎患者闭管2周后拔管,治愈出院。结论超声引导下胆囊穿刺置管引流术治疗老年急性胆囊炎的过程中,良好的临床护理可以提高手术成功率,保证引流通畅,明显改善治疗效果。
Objective To explore the perioperative nursing care of the treatment of senile acute cholecystitis by ultrasound-guided gallbladder puncture and catheterization.Methods Preoperative preparation,intraoperative coordination and postoperative nursing of gallbladder puncture and catheter drainage in 94 elderly patients with acute cholecystitis were analyzed retrospectively to evaluate the clinical nursing value in this treatment.Results All the 94 patients were treated successfully with single catheterization and had no serious complications.After catheterization for 3 to 5 weeks in 90 patients with calculous cholecystitis,gallbladder resection was performed in 71 patients,and long-term catheterization was performed in 19 patients.Four patients with non-calculi cholecystitis were cured and discharged after tubal extubation for 2 weeks.Conclusion Good clinical nursing can improve the success rate of operation,ensure unobstructed drainage and obviously improve the treatment effect in the treatment of senile acute cholecystitis by ultrasound-guided gallbladder puncture and catheterization.
