摘要
梅片树作为一种传统中药—天然右旋龙脑提取的新资源,目前生产上正遭受炭疽病的严重威胁,为了有效防治梅片树炭疽病,本研究选择8种杀菌剂对病原菌进行了室内毒力测定与筛选。结果表明:8种杀菌剂对炭疽菌菌丝生长均有一定的抑制作用,其中25%吡唑醚菌酯悬浮剂、80%多菌灵可湿性粉剂和15%咪鲜胺微乳剂抑制效果最好,EC50值分别为0.039 mg/L、0.170 mg/L和0.260mg/L;而10%苯醚甲环唑水分散粒剂、68.8%噁酮锰锌水分散粒剂、70%甲基硫菌灵可湿性粉剂、80%代森锰锌可湿性粉剂和75%百菌清可湿性粉剂抑制作用较弱。该研究结果为田间梅片树炭疽病防治杀菌剂选择提供了参考和理论依据。
Meipian tree is a new resource for extracting natural D-norneol——a traditional Chinese medicine.It is suffering from anthracnose in production.To control anthracnose,the indoor virulence effects of eight fungicides on the pathogen of anthracnose were determined.The results showed that the eight fungicides all had certain inhibitory effects on the mycelial growth,among them,25%pyraclostrobin SC,80%carbendazim WP and 15%prochloraz ME had the best effects,and their EC50 values were 0.039、0.170 and 0.260 mg/L,respectively;10%difenoconazole WG,68.8%famoxadone mancozeb WG,70%thiophanate-methyl WP,80%mancozeb WP and 75%chlorothalonil WP had weak effects.This study provides reference and theoretical basis for selecting fungicides to control anthracnose in Meipian tree production.
