摘要
目的:明确钩藤炭疽病病原及其生物学特性,筛选有效防控药剂。方法:通过分离、纯化和回接试验,结合形态学和分子生物学对病原菌进行鉴定,并采用菌丝生长速率法测定7种杀菌剂对该病原菌的毒力。结果:引起钩藤炭疽病病原菌为博宁炭疽菌Colletotrichum boninense;适宜该菌株生长的温度为28℃,pH为6~7,适宜光照条件为24 h全光照,在蔗糖与硝酸钾条件下菌丝生长速度分别高于其他碳、氮源;7种不同杀菌剂中,75%肟菌·戊唑醇WG对博宁炭疽菌毒力较强,EC50达1.4925 mg/L,其次为250 g/L嘧菌酯SC,EC50为6.8886 mg/L。结论:钩藤炭疽病致病菌为博宁炭疽菌Colletotrichum boninense。
Objective: To definite the pathogen and biological characteristics of anthracnose in Uncaria hirsuta,to screen effective control fungicides.Methods: The pathogen was identified by isolation, purification, grafting test, combined with morphology and molecular biology.Mycelia growth rate method was used to determine the virulence of seven fungicides against the pathogen.Results: Colletotrichum boninense was the pathogen of anthracnose in Uncaria hirsuta.The suitable temperature for growth of the strain was 28 ℃,pH was 6 to 7 and the suitable light condition was 24 h full light.Under the conditions of sucrose and potassium nitrate, the growth rate of mycelia was higher than that of other carbon and nitrogen sources.Among the seven fungicides, 75% trifloxystrobin-tebuconazole WG had a strong toxicity to Colletotrichum boninense,with the EC50reaching 1.4925 mg/L,followed by 250 g/L azoxystrobin SC,its EC50 was 6.8886 mg/L.Conclusion: The pathogenic bacterium of anthracnose in Uncaria hirsuta was Colletotrichum boninense.
