摘要
为筛选茶炭疽病病原(C.camelliae)高效化学农药。采用菌丝速率生长法,测试14种农药在100μg/mL浓度下的抑菌活性及其EC50。结果发现,14种农药中,咪鲜胺、氟硅唑、甲基硫菌灵、苯醚甲环唑、肟菌·戊唑醇和氟啶胺对茶炭疽病的抑菌活性均超过90%;EC50以氟啶胺(0.14μg/mL)、咪鲜胺(0.59μg/mL)和氟硅唑(1.78μg/mL)较优,分别比阳性对照萎锈灵(106.24μg/mL)减少用药量106.1μg/mL、105.65μg/mL和104.46μg/mL。随着氟啶胺、咪鲜胺和氟硅唑浓度上升,受试菌丝从光滑、均匀的形态变为严重畸形,并出现较多分支和不规整瘤状突起。氟啶胺、咪鲜胺和氟硅唑具有较好的离体抑制活性,可能是潜在的抗茶炭疽病病原(C.camelliae)高效药剂,但尚需田间药效试验进行验证。
Screening of efficient chemical pesticides against tea anthracnose pathogen C.camelliae.The bacteriostatic activity and EC50 of 14 pesticides at a concentration of 100μg/mL were tested by the mycelial growth method.The results showed that among the 14 kinds of pesti-cides,the antibacterial activities of prochloraz,flusilazole,thiophanate-methyl,difenoconazole,oxime tebuconazole and fluazinam on tea an-thracnose all exceeded 90%;and EC50 of fluazinam(0.14μg/mL),prochloraz(0.59μg/mL)and flusilazole(1.78μg/mL)were better,and the dosage(106.1μg/mL,105.65μg/mL and 104.46μg/mL)was lower than that of the positive control,chlorpyrifos(106.24μg/mL),respectively.As the concentrations of fluazinam,prochloraz and flusilazole increased,the tested hyphae changed from smooth and uniform mor-phology to severely deformed,with more branches and irregular tumor-like protrusions.Fluazinam,prochloraz and flusilazole have good inhibi-tory activities in vitro,and may be potential high-efficiency agents against tea anthracnose pathogen C.camelliae,but field efficacy tests are needed to verify them.
