摘要
社区获得性肺炎是一种院外罹患的感染性疾病,呼吸道与外界相通,在受凉、饮酒、外伤、应激、营养不良等诱因影响下容易受外界病原体或者自身定值菌的侵入而患病。慢性心力衰竭是一类常见的、致残率高、致生活质量下降、费用高昂、可治疗的慢性疾病。既往存在慢性心衰患者发生社区获得性肺炎的风险更高,社区获得性肺炎发作后随着时间的增加慢性心衰和社区获得性肺炎再次发作和加重的风险同步增加,新发心血管事件的风险也在增加。本文对社区获得性肺炎合并慢性心衰患者治疗相关部分做一综述,为临床医生接诊该类患者时制定治疗方案提供一定的参考。
Community-acquired pneumonia is an infectious disease suffered from outside the hospital.The respiratory tract is connected with the outside world,and it is easily invaded by external pathogens or its own colonized bacteria under the inducements of cold,drinking,trauma,stress,malnutrition and so on.Chronic heart failure(CHF)is a kind of common chronic disease with high disability rate,poor quality of life,high cost and treatable.Patients with preexisting CHF are at a higher risk of developing CAP,and the risk of recurrence and exacerbation of CHF and CAP increases with time after the onset of CAP,as well as the risk of new cardiovascular events.This paper intends to review the therapies of patients with CAP complicated with CHF,so as to provide some reference for doctors to make clinical treatment plans when receiving such patients.
