摘要
高校教师评价对高校教师发展起着关键性的导向作用,是引导教师成长和促进学校发展的重要机制。当前我国高校教师评价存在重科研轻教学、重短期轻长期、重管理轻实质的错误导向,影响了教师和学校的高质量发展,迫切需要进行改革。高校应该按照《深化新时代教育评价改革总体方案》的要求,准确把握推进践行教书育人使命的要义,从转变评价理念、改革评价指标、加强信息化建设等方面构建以教书育人为导向的教师评价机制。
The evaluation of college teachers plays a key guiding role in the development of college teachers,and is an important mechanism to guide the growth of teachers and promote the development of colleges and universities.At present,there are some wrong orientations in the evaluation of college teachers in China,such as focusing more on scientific research than teaching activi ties,emphasizing short term over long term,and paying more attention to management than essence,which has affected the high quality development of teachers and universities,and urgently needs to be reformed.According to the requirements of the Overall Plan for Deepening Educational Evaluation Reform in the New Era,colleges and universities should accurately grasp the essence of promoting the implementationof the mission of imparting knowledge and educating people,and construct a teacher evaluation mech anism of imparting knowledge and educating people from the aspects of changing the evaluation concept,reforming the evaluation index and strengthening the information construction.
