摘要 高校教师是一项具有崇高荣誉感的特殊职业,不仅是学问之师,更是道德之师、为人之师。坚持把师德师风作为高校教师评价第一标准,符合履行教书育人职责使命的根本要求、新时代高校教师队伍建设改革的首要要求、治理高校教师行为失范的实践要求。高校教师师德师风评价要坚持教师主体性和多元性统一、评价内容客观性和开放性统一、评价过程公平性与创新性统一,综合运用教师自评、师生测评、学校考评等方法,建立完善工作机制,运用现代技术手段,注重评价结果运用,切实提高师德师风评价治理和效果。 University teacher,as a profession with a high sense of honor,not merely a teacher of learning,is a teacher of ethics and of people. Teachers’ professional ethics construction as the primary standard of university teachers’ evaluation is in line with the fundamental requirement of teaching and educating,the policy need of reforming the construction of university teachers in the new era,and the practical demand of governing the misbehavior of university teachers. The evaluation of teachers’ professional ethics in universities should unify subjectivity and diversity of the faculty,the objectivity and openness of evaluation content,the fairness and innovation of evaluation process. Besides,comprehensive methods should be used,such as teachers’ selfassessment,teacher and student assessment,school evaluation to establish and improve working mechanisms.Furthermore,modern technology is supposed to be employed and focus should be paid on the application of evaluation results. Then,the governance and effectiveness of teacher ethics evaluation can be effectively improved.
