摘要
专业认证是规范和引导我国师范类专业建设的一项重要举措,其目标是培养创新型卓越教师,课程与教学作为实现该目标的核心支撑,应融合认证理念进行大力创新实践。教师教育课程需顺应师范类专业认证要求,在顶层设计方面,以学生为中心还原其主体地位,以产出为导向聚焦学习成果,以评价为手段促进持续改进和创新发展;在课程目标设置方面,对接专业培养目标,支撑专业毕业要求达成;在内容设置方面,贯通基础教育一线教学、学术经典和研究前沿,教学组织和实施贯彻以学定教基本思路;在课程评价方面,以基于学习过程的表现性评价促持续改进与发展,以课程目标达成对接支撑专业毕业要求达成。
Teacher professional certification is an important measure to standardize and guide the construction of normal major in China,and its goal is to cultivate innovative excellent teachers.Curriculum and teaching,as the core support to achieve this goal,should integrate the concept of certification to carry out innovative practice.In the top-level design,the teacher education curriculum is student-centered to restore its dominant position,output-oriented to focus on learning outcomes,and evaluation as a means to promote continuous improvement and innovative development.In terms of curriculum objectives,it is necessary to meet the professional training objectives and support the achievement of professional graduation requirements.In terms of curriculum content setting,we should connect the front-line teaching,academic classics and research frontier teaching in middle schools,organize and implement the basic idea of teaching by learning,and promote continuous improvement and development by performance evaluation.
