摘要
当前信息技术、互联网技术不断发展,经济、社会发展对优秀人才资源的需求越来越高,也对高等教育提出了更高要求,这些因素推动着高等学校不断探索教育体制的改革,教育模式不再局限于传统的课堂教育模式。本文从“教学与科研融合”教学模式视角切入,研究了“教学与科研融合”教学模式作为中间变量对传统课堂教学、慕课和翻转课堂的教学效果与课堂教学绩效关系的影响。本文针对210位在校大学生展开了问卷调查并进行了数据分析,结果表明在现有教学模式的基础上“,教学与科研融合”教学模式对大学课堂教学绩效具有显著影响,起到了积极的调节作用。
At present,the continuous development of information technology and internet technology has made a request for high-quality talents,which has promoted the reform of educational system in colleges and universities,and transformed from traditional teaching mode to some new types.From the perspective of“teaching-research integration”,this paper firstly set this mode as the variable,and then explored the relationship between teaching effect and teaching performance of three types of classrooms,traditional classroom teaching,MOOC and flipped classroom.This paper carried out a questionnaire survey and data analysis for 210 college students.The results showed that,on the basis of existing teaching model,the teaching model of“teaching-research integration”had a significantly positive impact on university classroom teaching performance.
