摘要
小儿慢性咳嗽的病因复杂,病理变化多端,现阶段西医尚缺乏特效药物,且整体治疗效果不佳。近年来,大量医学研究表明中医药在治疗小儿咳嗽方面疗效确切,不良反应少。文章通过概括中西医对小儿慢性咳嗽的认识,对小儿慢性咳嗽的中医相关疗法进行梳理与归纳,指出中医药治疗本病的优劣势及未来的研究方向,以期为今后有关小儿慢性咳嗽的研究提供思路。
The etiology of chronic cough in children is complex and the pathological changes are multi-terminal. At the present stage, western medicine is still lacking of special drugs, and the overall treatment effect is not good. In recent years,a large number of medical studies have shown that TCM is effective in treating cough in children with fewer side effects. This paper summarizes the understanding of Chinese and Western medicine on children’s chronic cough, combs and summarizes the TCM related therapies of children’s chronic cough, and points out the advantages and disadvantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of this disease and the future research direction, in order to provide ideas for the future research on children’s chronic cough.
