家庭支持训练对精神运动发育迟缓患儿康复训练效果的影响 被引量:13

Effect of family support training on efficacy of children with psychomotor retardation undergoing rehabilitation training

摘要 目的观察家长主导的家庭支持训练对精神运动发育迟缓患儿康复训练效果的影响。方法 80例0~2岁精神运动发育迟缓患儿分为四组接受综合康复训练,每组20例。A组未行家庭支持训练;B、C和D组分别加用家庭支持训练每日5 min~、20 min~和≥40 min。采用《0~6岁儿童发育行为评估量表》评估患儿在干预前及干预后3个月的总发育商。将干预前某项发育商<80的患儿分为E组(未行家庭支持训练)和F组(行家庭支持训练),比较干预前后发育商差异。结果干预前,A、B、C、D组患儿总发育商差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,四组总发育商均较干预前提高(P<0.05);D组干预前后总发育商差值大于A、B、C组(P<0.05)。F组在大运动、精细动作和适应能力方面发育商差值高于E组(P<0.01),但两组语言和社会行为方面发育商差值比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论家长主导的家庭支持训练能提高精神运动发育迟缓患儿康复训练疗效。 Objective To observe the effect of parent-led family support training on the efficacy of the children with psychomotor retardation undergoing rehabilitation training.Methods Eighty children aged 0-2 years old with psychomotor retardation undergoing rehabilitation training were equally assigned into 4 groups of A(receiving rehabilitation training alone),B(receiving additional family support training for 5 minutes daily),C(receiving additional family support training for 20 minutes daily) and D(receiving additional family support training for ≥40 minutes daily).The total development quotient(DQ) of the children before and 3 months after intervention was evaluated with the "0-6 Years Old Children’s Developmental Behavior Assessment Scale".The children with DQ <80 before intervention were divided into two groups of E(without family intervention) and F(with family intervention) and the differences of DQ before and after intervention were compared between groups of E and F.Results The DQ before intervention was not significantly different among groups of A,B,C and D(P>0.05),which were all increased after intervention(P<0.05).The difference of total DQ before and after intervention was more in group D than that in groups of A,B and C(P<0.05).The differences of DQ in terms of large movement, fine movement and adaptability before and after intervention were more in group F than those in group E(P<0.01),which were not in the language and social behavior(P>0.05).Conclusion Parent-led family support training can improve clinical efficacy of rehabilitation training in the treatment of the children with psychomotor developmental delay.
