摘要
目的:分析感觉统合训练在智能迟缓患儿中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年12月衡水市第五人民医院收治的智能迟缓患儿64例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各32例。对照组采用常规康复,观察组在对照组基础上进行感觉统合训练。比较两组临床疗效及格塞尔发育量表、婴幼儿智能发育量表、中国-韦氏幼儿智力量表(C-WYCSI)评分。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.039);干预后,两组精细动作、适应性行为、语言、社交行为、大运动评分高于干预前,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,两组婴幼儿智能发育量表及C-WYCSI评分高于干预前,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:感觉统合训练在智能迟缓患儿中的应用效果显著,可以提高神经功能及智力发育水平,促进智能提高。
Objective:To analyze the effect of sensory integration training in children with mental retardation.Methods:Sixty-four children with mental retardation admitted to Hengshui Fifth People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with thirty-two cases in each group.The control group received conventional rehabilitation,and the observation group received sensory integration training based on the control group.The clinical efficacy,Gesell Development Scale,the Infant Intelligence Development Scale and the Chinese-Wechsler Young Children Scale for Intelligence(C-WYCSI)scores of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.039);after intervention,the scores of fine motor,adaptive behavior,language,social behavior and gross motor in the two groups were higher than before intervention,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after intervention,the scores of Infant Intelligence Development Scale and C-WYCSI in the two groups were higher than before intervention,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of sensory integration training in children with mental retardation is remarkable,which can improve the level of neural function and intellectual development,and promote the improvement of intelligence.
