摘要
聚氨酯材料有优异的隔热、防水等特性,是提高仓房气密性、推广绿色储粮技术的有效手段。文章阐述了聚氨酯材料的特点和在粮库的应用工艺,并选择相同仓型进行预制保温板工艺和现场发泡喷涂工艺的应用对比试验,从气密性、保温性和应用成本等方面分析两种工艺的差别。试验表明,两种工艺均大幅提高了仓房气密性和保温性;预制保温板工艺成本略高于现场发泡喷涂工艺,但在仓房美观和安全生产等方面有更大的优势。
As an effective means to improve the air tightness of grain warehouses and promote green grain storage technology,polyurethane material has excellent thermal insulation,waterproof and other characteristics.We summarized the characteristics of polyurethane materials and their application processes in grain warehouse reconstruction,selected the same warehouse type for comparative tests of different processes,and analyzes the differences between the two processes from the aspects of air tightness,thermal insulation and application cost.The result shows that both processes greatly improve the air tightness and thermal insulation of the warehouse,and the cost of the prefabricated thermal insulation board process is higher than that of the on-site foaming spraying process,but it has greater advantages in the beauty of the warehouse and safety production.
