摘要
为兼顾技术与经济性能要求,研究了冷库围护结构隔热层经济厚度确定方法。基于对取决于冷库围护结构传热热流密度qf的一次投资和运营成本的理论分析,建立了与隔热层厚度相关费用的数学模型,给出了以经济性评价指标确定隔热层经济厚度的方法,导出了其计算式。对厦门某冷库进行了模拟计算,得到其外墙和屋面现场发泡聚氨酯经济厚度分别为114 mm和176 mm。研究表明,存在使冷库围护结构传热相关一次投资总额最小的热流密度qfmini;qf>qfmini的方案均不经济,qf≤qfmini的方案可作候选方案;随qf减小,候选方案的差额投资回收期延长,差额内部收益率降低,故为追求节能盲目设计较小的qf,经济上未必可行;因qfmini方案的经济评价指标最佳,应据qfmini确定冷库围护结构隔热层经济厚度。
To balance the technical properties and cost minimum, economical thickness of cold store insulating layer was studied. Based on theoretical analysis on initial investments and operating costs that depend on the heat flux qf of heat transfer through cold store enveloped structure, a mathematical model for insulating layer costs was established, a method for determining thickness of insulating layers by economic evaluation indices was presented, and the formulae to calculate economical thickness of insulating layers were derived as well. Simulation and calculation were conducted for a cold store in Xiamen, 114 mm thickness of external wall and 176 mm thickness of roof made uf of foamed polyurethane were obtained respectively.The results show that there is a heat flux qfmini value that leads to minimize heat transfer related total initial cost.Options with qf>qfmini are not economical, while options with qf≤qfmini can be candidates.When qf gets smaller, the differential investment payback period of candidate qf options will become longer, and their differential internal return rate will become less, hence aimless option with smaller qf for sake of energy-saving may be infeasible economically. Based on the qfmini option optimal economic evaluation indices, the economical insulating layer thickness of cold store should be calculated from qfmini.
