摘要
聚氨酯泡沫受环境的影响 ,会慢慢地产生黄变 ,不仅影响外观 ,而且不同程度地影响了泡沫的物理机械性能。分析了生产过程中泡沫黄变的影响因素及其带来的负面作用 。
The polyurethane foam affected by environment will turn yellow slowly.It not only influences the appearance, but also a kind of embodiment that the foam degraded in fact, has influenced the physics mechanical performance of the foam in various degree. So we pay special attention to influence factor and negative function brought that change in the experiment and production process. This article discuses the response mechanism and the method to prevent and cure that high resilience foam turns yellow from study angle emphatically.
