摘要
病害是影响食用菌产业效益的关键因素之一。笔者从抗病品种选育、菌种质量控制、栽培环境控制、寄主抗病性诱导及其应用、化学防治和生物防治等方面介绍国内外食用菌病害防控研究进展,并展望食用菌病害防控的发展方向。
The occurrence of diseases is an important restricting factor for the benefits of the edible fungi industry.The biological characteristics of edible fungi are significantly different from those of crops.Edible fungi have diverse cultivation modes,and their mycelia and fruiting bodies are very sensitive to fungicides,thereby bringing great challenges to disease control.The research progress of disease control in edible fungi was described in terms of breeding resistant cultivars,quality control of spawn,precise regulation of cultivation environment,induction and application of host resistance,chemical control and biological control,etc.Directions of technologies for controlling diseases in edible fungi in the future were also discussed.
