摘要
行业性高校早期的办学形态是特定社会历史条件的产物。今天的社会不可能再回归行业计划经济时代,行业性高校早期办学的社会基础已不复存在。面对进退两难的处境,行业性高校必须转变与行业的关系,变原先的兄弟关系为合作伙伴关系,变与生俱来的依存关系为相互选择的协约关系。行业性高校未来仍将是我国高等教育的骨干力量,但必须转型发展,树立新的办学理念,优化学科专业结构,创新办学体系,改善服务行业的方式方法,拓宽和升级办学功能。转型发展是行业性高校在新发展阶段的涅磐重生。
The early school-running pattern of industrial universities is the product of specific social and historical conditions.The current society can no longer return back to the era of industrial planned economy.The social foundation of the early running of industrial universities no longer exists.In facing the dilemma,the industrial universities must change the relationship with the industry,from the original brotherhood to partnership,from the inherent dependence to mutual choice.Industrial universities will still be the backbone of higher education in the future,however,they must transform and develop,establish new school-running ideas,optimize the structure of disciplines and specialties,innovate the school-running system,improve the ways and methods of serving the industry,and broaden and upgrade the school-running functions.Transformation and development is the rebirth of industrial universities in the new development stage.
