摘要
高职教育发展至今,“双师型”教师队伍存在的问题仍然没有根本解决,已经成为制约高职院校高素质专业化创新型“双师型”教师队伍建设的主要因素。高职院校普遍存在没有基本的认定标准、师资来源单一、培养主体缺位等问题,“双师型”教师队伍建设陷入困境。师资政策不畅、校企融合不深、编制管理僵化形成制约“双师型”教师队伍建设的瓶颈。针对现实问题,需要在认定标准、师资政策、培养体系和校企合作上突破瓶颈,化解困境,构建具有中国特色的“双师型”教师队伍建设的有效路径。
With the development of higher vocational education so far,the problems of construction of“double-qualified”teachers has not been fundamentally solved,which is restricting the construction of a professional and innovative vocational college teacher team.The construction of“double-qualified”teachers is in a dilemma because of the lack of basic accreditation standard,the single source of teachers and the absence of training subjects and so on.Meanwhile,the poor faculty policy,the poor integration between schools and enterprises,and the rigid staffing management have formed the bottleneck restricting the construction of“double-qualified”teachers.In order to find a solution to the above problems,it is necessary to break through the bottleneck in terms of accreditation standards,teacher policies,training system and school-enterprise cooperation to construct an effective path for the construction of“double-qualified”teachers with Chinese characteristics.
