摘要
百合科藜芦属Veratrum植物在我国传统医药中多作为中草药使用,以其生物活性显著而受到广泛关注。目前已从藜芦属植物中分离得到325个化合物,主要类型包括甾体生物碱类、茋类和黄酮类等化学成分,具有降血压﹑抗血小板聚集和抗血栓形成﹑抗炎和镇痛、抗肿瘤等药理作用。对近年来藜芦属植物化学成分和药理作用的研究进展进行综述,以期为该属植物的研究与开发提供参考。
The plants of Liliaceae Veratrum are used as Chinese herbal medicine in traditional Chinese medicine.It has attracted wide attention due to its remarkable biological activities.At present,325 compounds were isolated from Veratrum,and the main types include steroidal alkaloids,stibene,flavonoids,and other chemical constituents,which had pharmacological activities,such as lowering blood pressure,antiplatelet aggregation and antithrombotic,anti-inflammatory and analgesic,antitumor,etc.Research progress on chemical constituents and pharmacological activities of plants of Veratrum were reviewed in this paper,in order to provide a theoretical basis for rational development and utilization of plants of Veratrum.
