摘要
采用实证研究方法,建立本科教学工作投入影响因素、本科教学工作投入以及教学绩效和科研绩效之间的结构方程模型,在此基础上,提出本科教学工作投入指数计算模型,分析新工科建设以及人口统计变量对本科教学工作投入的影响。结果表明:本科教学工作热情受工作要求、工作资源和个体特征的正向影响;本科教学工作专注受工作要求和个体特征的正向影响。其中,自我成就感对本科教学工作投入的影响最大。教学绩效受本科教学工作热情和工作专注的正向影响,科研绩效只受工作专注的正向影响。新工科建设主要影响物质资源指数和科研绩效指数。性别、婚姻状况、年龄、教龄、学历和职称对本科教学工作投入的各维度有不同的影响。要针对高校教师的差异化特征,制定差异化的策略提高本科教学工作绩效。
An empirical research was employed to establish a structural equation model between the influencing factors of undergraduate teaching engagement,undergraduate teaching engagement,and teaching performance and scientific research performance.An undergraduate teaching engagement index calculation model was then proposed.The impact of the new engineering construction and demographic variables on undergraduate teaching engagement was analyzed.The results show that enthusiasm for undergraduate teaching is positively affected by job requirements,work resources and individual characteristics;the focus on undergraduate teaching is positively affected by job requirements and individual characteristics.Among them,the self-fulfillment has the greatest impact on undergraduate teaching engagement.Teaching performance is positively affected by work enthusiasm and focus on work,while research performance is positively affected by focus on work alone.The construction of new engineering education mainly affects the material resource index and scientific research performance index.Gender,marital status,age,seniority,education and professional titles have different effects on the aspects of undergraduate teaching engagement.It is necessary to formulate differentiated strategies to improve the performance of undergraduate teaching according to the characteristics of college teachers.
