摘要
肾性贫血诊疗是慢性肾脏病临床实践的重要组成部分。《中国肾性贫血诊疗的临床实践指南》以临床问题为导向,系统介绍了肾性贫血的病因与发病机制、诊断与病情评估、治疗原则、靶目标与具体方案、治疗低反应性以及特殊肾脏疾病患者贫血诊疗。文章就该指南针对的临床问题进行解读,为临床医生认识、理解及合理应用该指南,提供指导和帮助。
Diagnosis and treatment of renal anemia is an important part of clinical practice in chronic kidney disease. The Clinical Practice Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Renal Anemia in China is clinically problem-oriented,which systematically introduces the etiology and pathogenesis of renal anemia,diagnosis and disease assessment,treatment principles,targets and specific plans,treatment hyporesponsiveness and diagnosis and treatment of anemia in patients with special kidney disease. This article interprets the guideline in terms of clinical issues,and provides guidance and assistance for clinicians to recognize,understand and apply the guideline rationally.
