The Integration Development of Economics Under the Background of New Liberal Arts Construction——Evidence Research Based on Evidence-Based Logic

摘要基于社会科学的“科学化”进程,传统经济学面临着研究范式固化、决策科学性欠佳、成果解释现实不足等巨大挑战;同时,新文科建设对经济学提出了交叉融合、学科自新及贴近时代的新要求。在此背景下,引入以当前可得的最佳证据为研究核心的循证理念恰逢其时,其科学的研究范式为实现经济决策科学性、政策实施有效性和成果应用实践性提供了崭新视角。文章基于循证理念构建了全证据链框架,围绕管理者、研究者、实践者三方利益主体,对改革开放以来的经济学政策、研究文献以及高校改革情况分别进行了证据生产、证据评价以及证据实践等分析。研究发现,经济学发展随国家政策的变化,深切体现了各阶段时代背景与社会发展要求下经济学的融合发展特征,但在科学性、有效性以及实践性方面仍有不足。未来,经济学应深度融入新文科建设,推动实现政府决策科学、学者献智有效、高校推广实践的融合发展路径。 Based on the process of“scientization”of social science,traditional economics is faced with such great challenges as solidification of research paradigm,unscientific decision-making,and inadequate interpretation of research results.At the same time,the new liberal arts construction puts forward the new requirements of cross-integration,discipline innovation and close to the times for economics.In this context,it is timely to introduce the concept of evidence-based research with the best available evidence as the core.Its scientific research paradigm provides a new perspective for realizing the scientific nature of economic decision-making,the effectiveness of policy implementation and the practicality of the application of achievements.Based on the evidence-based logic,this paper constructs the framework of the whole evidence chain,and analyzes the evidence production,evidence evaluation and evidence practice of economic policy,research literature and university reform since the reform and opening up respectively around the interests of managers,researchers and practitioners.It is found that the development of economics with the change of national policies deeply reflects the characteristics of the integration development of economic in each stage,which is the requirement of the time background and social development.However,it still falls short in scientific,effective and practical aspects.In the future,economics should be deeply integrated into the construction of new liberal arts,and the integrated development path of government decision-making science,scholars’effective contribution of wisdom,and universities’promotion of practice should be promoted.
