摘要
目的分析急性缺血性脑卒中患者实施醒脑静注射液与阿替普酶静脉溶栓联合治疗的临床价值。方法选取2017年4月至2019年4月成都医学院第一附属医院收治的124例急性缺血性脑卒中患者作为研究对象,采取抽签法将其分为对照组(62例,给予阿替普酶静脉溶栓治疗)和试验组(62例,给予醒脑静注射液联合阿替普酶静脉溶栓治疗)。比较两组治疗效果、不良反应、治疗前后神经功能缺损情况[美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)]、认知功能[蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)]等。结果治疗前两组患者MoCA与NIHSS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后试验组MoCA评分高于对照组,NIHSS评分低于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗总有效率(96.77%)高于对照组(85.48%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组不良反应总发生率(3.23%)低于对照组(19.35%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对急性缺血性脑卒中患者采取醒脑静注射液与阿替普酶静脉溶栓联合治疗,效果明显,可有效改善患者神经功能缺损情况,提升其认知功能;且临床不良反应发生率较低,用药安全系数较高。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of Xingnaojing injection combined with intravenous thrombolysis with alteplase for acute ischemic stroke.Methods A total of 124 patients with acute ischemic stroke admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu Medical College from April 2017 to April 2019 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were divided into control group(n=62,treated with intravenous thrombolysis with alteplase),and experimental group(n=62,treated with Xingnaojing injection combined with intravenous thrombolysis with alteplase)by lotting.The therapeutic effect,adverse reactions,neurological deficits(assessed by national institutes of health stroke,NIHSS)and cognitive function before and after treatment were statistically analyzed.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in MoCA and NIHSS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the experimental group had higher MoCA score and lower NIHSS score compared with the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group was 96.77%,which was higher than 85.48%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 3.23%,which was lower than 19.35%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Xingnaojing injection combined with intravenous thrombolysis with alteplase has a remarkable clinical effect in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application since it can effectively improve the neurological deficit of patients,enhance their cognitive function recovery,has low incidence of adverse reactions and high safety coefficient of medication.
