摘要
目的系统评价便秘与帕金森之间的关系。方法计算机检索中国知网、万方、维普、Pubmed、Web of science、Cochrane Library等中英文数据库,检索时限从建库至2020年5月。文献检索采用主题词结合自由词的方式,并对纳入的文献进行质量评价与数据提取,采用Stata 14.0软件进行meta分析。结果最终纳入11篇文献,纳入文献质量评价均在中等及以上。meta分析显示便秘与帕金森诊断之间呈正相关(OR=2.41,95%CI:2.02~2.88,P<0.001),同时,亚组分析显示不同地区[英国(OR=1.85)、美国(OR=3.20)]、性别[男(OR=3.08)、女(OR=2.19)]、随访时间[0~5年(OR=2.43)、6~10年(OR=2.23)、>10年(OR=2.68)]、研究类型[病例对照(OR=2.15)、队列研究(OR=2.80)]中便秘均与帕金森诊断之间呈正相关。结论便秘与患帕金森的风险增加有关。
Objective To systematically evaluate the relationship between constipation and Parkinson’s disease.Methods Literature search in Chinese and English databases such as China Knowledge Network,Wanfang,Wipu,Pubmed,Web of science,and Cochrane Library was conducted with the search time frame from the inception of the database to May 2020.The literature was searched using subject terms combined with free words,and the quality of the included literature was evaluated.Data were extracted and meta-analysis was performed using Stata 14.0 software.Results Meta-analysis showed a positive association between constipation and Parkinson’s diagnosis(OR=2.41,95%CI:2.02-2.88,P<0.001),while subgroup analysis showed positive association between different regions[UK(OR=1.85),US(OR=3.20)],gender[male(OR=3.08),female(OR=2.19)],follow-up time[0-5 years(OR=2.43),6-10 years(OR=2.23),>10 years(OR=2.68)],and study type[case-control(OR=2.15),cohort study(OR=2.80)]were positively associated with Parkinson’s diagnosis.Conclusion Constipation is associated with an increased risk of Parkinson’s disease.
