领悟隐性知识为核心构建中医经典案例库 被引量:3

摘要 中医学的精髓集中在中医经典著作中,对经典著作的学习和运用,历来受古今医家特别重视;而中医经典课程是指黄帝内经、伤寒论、金匮要略以及温病学这四门中医临床基础课程,教学内容既有显性知识又包括隐性知识;中医经典隐性知识是中医学术传承与创新的关键,是决定中医医生诊疗技术水平的关键;经典课程必须结合临床是中医教育界的共识,“读经典,早临床、跟名师”是中医学子的成才之路。经验丰富的名老中医是中医药知识的重要载体,经典、名师、临床三方如何有效结合是现代中医药大学教育模式改革之热点、难点。案例库的建设是案例教学开展的重要环节。以中医经典隐性知识领悟为核心基础,构建中医临床经典案例库,运用网络技术和现代多媒体技术打破时空界限,让课堂里的学生身临其境感受临床氛围,多方面灵活掌握相关知识,期待解决教学中临床病例资源不足的难题。 The essence of traditional Chinese medicine is concentrated in the classical works of traditional Chinese medicine.The study and application of classical works have always been paid special attention by ancient and modern doctors;The classical course of traditional Chinese medicine refers to the four basic clinical courses of traditional Chinese medicine:Huangdi's Internal Classic,typhoid theory,synopsis of golden chamber and febrile disease.The teaching content includes both explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge.Tacit knowledge of TCM classics is the key to the academic inheritance and innovation of TCM,and it is the key to determine the level of diagnosis and treatment technology of TCM doctors.It is a consensus in the field of traditional Chinese medicine education that classic courses must be combined with clinical practice."Reading classics,early clinical practice and following famous teachers"is the way for traditional Chinese medicine students to become talents.Experienced famous and old traditional Chinese medicine is an important carrier of traditional Chinese medicine knowledge.How to effectively combine classics,famous teachers and clinic is a hot and difficult point in the reform of modern university education model of traditional Chinese medicine.The construction of case base is an important link in the development of case teaching.Based on the tacit knowledge understanding of TCM classics,build a TCM clinical classic case database,use network technology and modern multimedia technology to break the space-time boundary,let the students in the classroom experience the clinical atmosphere,flexibly master relevant knowledge in many aspects,and look forward to solving the problem of insufficient clinical case resources in teaching.
