摘要
缄默知识既是近年来国外学术研究领域的热点问题,也是人类知识传承和学校教育改革面临的难点问题。为推进我国相关领域的理论研究和实践探索,文章在介绍国外缄默知识研究的历史进程和基本情况的基础上,对其中具有代表性的研究成果作了较为详细的分析和评价。
