摘要
乡村女教师是乡村教师队伍的中坚力量,其婚恋状况对乡村教师队伍稳定有显著影响。乡村女教师会依据自己的社会价值、个人价值和自我价值实现程度来追求婚恋,从而导致职业变动,并形成“用婚恋来权衡坚守或逃离乡村学校”的思维定式和行为倾向。基于广西壮族自治区15位乡村女教师的质性研究结果显示:是否本土出身影响乡村女教师的入乡选择和流动意愿;婚恋对象所在地、安家地是乡村女教师职业变动的主要方向;照顾家庭和子女教育是影响乡村女教师职业变动的根本因素。对此为建构稳定的乡村女教师队伍,应促成家校社合力以扩大乡村女教师的社交圈,给予个性化补偿以减轻乡村女教师的家庭负担和顾虑,拓展乡村女教师的发展空间以促进其自我价值的实现。
Rural female teachers are the backbone of the rural teacher team,and the status of their love and marriage has a significant impact on the stability of the rural teacher team.Rural female teachers will pursue their love and marriage according to the degree of realizing their social value,individual value and self-value,which will lead to their occupational changes,and form the thinking pattern and behavior tendency by weighing up“sticking to their posts or leaving from rural schools based on their love and marriage”.On the basis of the qualitative study of 15 rural female teachers in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region,it finds that their native origins affect rural female teachers’choice to move into the rural schools and their mobility intention;that the locations and places where their husbands settle down play an important role in their occupational changes;and that family care and children’s education are the fundamental factors influencing the occupational changes of rural female teachers.In order to construct a stable team of rural female teachers,it is necessary to expand the social circle of rural female teachers through the joint efforts of family,school and society,provide personalized compensation to alleviate the family burden and concerns of rural female teachers,and expand the development space of rural female teachers to realize their self-value.
