摘要
进藏职工随迁子女从汉文化环境到藏文化环境、从平原到高原,面临着文化适应和气候适应的双重考验。为了解该群体的适应状况,采取分层随机抽样方式,选取692名随迁子女为样本进行调查。研究发现,随迁子女气候适应随进藏时间增长呈"厂"字曲线变化,从进藏一周内的高原反应等不适到一周后的基本适应;其文化适应随进藏时间增长呈"双U"型曲线变化,且采取文化整合的适应策略。气候适应在"有无藏族朋友"变量上差异显著,文化适应在性别、年龄、学业成绩、"有无藏族朋友"和"居留稳定度"5个变量上差异显著。建议通过阶梯习服、高原富氧室、药物预防、营养与高原耐缺氧食品、空气加湿等途径促进其气候适应,通过进一步增强家庭和学校支持、促进群际接触等措施提升其文化适应。
The children of working staff and cadres in TAR from hinterland China face double challenges to adapt to both the new climate and culture.In order to understand the adaptation of them,the authors conducted stratified random sampling of 692 children for the research.It is found that the climate adaptation of the children changes with the increase of the time of entering Tibet,normally taking one week from having high altitude sickness reaction to primary adaptation after a week’s time,while the cultural adaptation process is reflected in a much more complex pattern of double u curves.The climate adaptation varies significantly in terms of the variables"with or without Tibetan friends"and cultural adaptation is significant in terms of gender,age,academic achievement,as well as"with or without Tibetan friends"and"residence stability".The article suggests to promote such children’s climate adaptation through providing facilities including high altitude oxygen enrichment room,drug prevention,nutrition and high altitude anoxic resistant food,air humidification and etc..It also suggests promote their cultural adaptation by further enhancing family and school support,promoting intergroup contact and so on.
