摘要
目的:探讨以学生为中心的文献报告会(journal club)教学法在临床医学专业研究生科研能力培养中的应用效果。方法:共纳入武汉市某高校2014级八年制临床医学专业学生94人,随机分为以学生为中心的journal club组和传统journal club组,比较研究两组学生的科研能力。结果:以学生为中心的journal club组的学生四学期结课考核成绩均优于传统journal club组(P<0.05)。以学生为中心的journal club组的学生在独立思考能力、临床思维能力、文献阅读能力、科研思维能力、前沿追踪能力方面都优于传统journal club组(P<0.05)。学生更期望继续组织以学生为中心的journal club(P<0.05)。结论:以学生为中心的journal club教学法有助于提高临床医学专业研究生的综合科研能力和学习自主性。
Objective:To explore the application effect of student-centered journal club teaching method in cultivating scientific research ability of clinical medical postgraduates.Methods:A total of 94 eight-year clinical medical students in 2014 grade in a university in Wuhan were included and randomly divided into the student-centered journal club group and the traditional journal club group.The scientific research ability was compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of examinations of the student-centered journal club group during the period of four semesters were higher than that of the traditional journal club group(P<0.05).The ability of independent thinking,clinical thinking,literature reading,scientific thinking and advanced information tracing of the student-centered journal club group was superior to that of the traditional journal club group(P<0.05).The students were more willing to continue to organize the student-centered journal club(P<0.05).Conclusion:The student-centered journal club teaching method can help improve the comprehensive scientific research ability and learning autonomy of clinical medical postgraduates.
