摘要
目的了解文献研讨式教学法在临床医学专业学位研究生科研能力培养中的应用现状,分析存在问题并提出应对策略,为文献研讨式教学法的组织实施和规范开展提供参考。方法以便利抽样法选取国内四所医科院校共172名临床医学专业学位研究生为研究对象,采用问卷调查法调查文献研讨式教学法的应用现状,并提出应对策略。结果仅26.1%的研究生对自己的科研能力自评为满意,多数研究生(73.9%)自评为不满意,科研能力各条目平均分为3.20~3.67分。大部分研究生认为文献研讨式教学法在科研能力提升中具有重要作用。文献研讨式教学的实施受导师、研究生和外部环境条件等多种因素影响,在文献研讨式教学法实施过程中,存在导师队伍能力建设不足,研究生对科研培养认识欠缺、配套设施不完善等问题。结论文献研讨式教学法在科研能力培养中具有重要作用。充分考虑文献研讨式教学法实施的影响因素,进一步加强导师队伍建设,不断完善配套设施建设,营造良好学术氛围,是提升文献研讨式教学法实施效果的可行策略。
Objective To explore the application status of literature seminar teaching method in cultivating scientific research ability of graduate students with professional degree of Clinical Medicine,analyze existing problems and propose corresponding strategies,and provide reference for the organization,implementation and standardized development of literature seminar teaching method.Methods A total of 172 graduate students with professional degree of Clinical Medicine from four medical universities in China were selected as the research objects using convenience sampling method.Questionnaire survey was used to investigate the application status of literature seminar teaching method,and countermeasures were proposed.Results According to self-evaluation,only 26.1%of the graduate students were satisfied with their scientific research ability,and the majority of them(73.9%)were not satisfied.The average score for each aspect of scientific research ability ranged from 3.20 to 3.67.Most of them believed that literature seminar teaching method played a crucial role in improving their scientific research ability.The implementation of literature seminar teaching is affected by many factors such as tutors,graduate students and external environmental conditions.During the implementation of literature seminar teaching,there are some problems such as insufficient capacity building of tutors,lack of awareness of graduate students on scientific research training,and incomplete supporting facilities.Conclusion Literature seminar teaching method played a crucial role in the development of scientific research ability.Fully considering the influencing factors of the implementation of literature seminar teaching method,further strengthening the capacity building of tutors,constantly improving the construction of supporting facilities,and creating a good academic atmosphere are feasible strategies to improve the implementation effect of literature seminar teaching method.
