摘要
本文以安徽省16个地级市为研究单元,运用线性加权集成法测度2011-2019年乡村和城镇化发展水平,在此基础上运用耦合协调模型计算得出各个地级市2011、2014、2017、2019年耦合度及耦合协调度,利用ArcGIS软件将耦合度及耦合协调度分级,分析在四个时间断面上地理位置分布及演化特征。本文认为安徽省16个地级市乡村发展水平差异逐渐缩小,乡村发展和城镇化水平整体上在2015年后有所降低,高水平耦合度从北部逐渐转移到东部和南部。虽然耦合协调度上,合肥、芜湖、马鞍山处于中级协调以上,但全省整体耦合协调度水平不高。提出在城乡协调发展战略上,政策制定应该因地制宜并适度向西部、北部倾斜等政策建议。
Taking 16 prefecture level cities in Anhui Province as the research unit,this paper uses linear weighted integrated devel-opment to measure the rural development index and urbanization development level from 2011 to 2019.On this basis,the coupling coordi-nation model is used to calculate the coupling degree and coupling coordination degree of each prefecture level city in 2011,2014,2017 and 2019.The coupling degree and coupling coordination degree are stratified by ArcGIS software and analyzed on four time sections The characteristics of geographical distribution.The results are as follows:the coupling degree of rural development in Anhui Province is grad-ually reduced,but the coupling degree of rural development in Anhui Province is at a high level.In the future,in the strategy of coordinat-ed development of urban and rural areas,the policy should be moderately inclined to the West and the north.
