Research on the Spatiotemporal Coupling Coordination and Driving Factors of New Urbanization and Rural Revitalization

摘要城乡融合发展是实现全体人民共同富裕的必然要求。本文基于2006—2021年30个省份的面板数据,采用耦合协调模型和空间杜宾模型深入分析新型城镇化与乡村振兴的耦合协调关系及其驱动因素。研究表明,观测期内二者的耦合协调度不断提升;在空间上,二者的耦合协调度呈现出“东高中西低”的层级递减特征,但发展渐趋均衡化。各省份耦合协调具有显著的空间集聚特征,主要表现为“高-高”和“低-低”两种集聚模式。进一步研究发现,经济发展水平、对外开放水平、人力资本水平和科技投入等因素对耦合协调呈显著影响。因此,在城乡融合的进程中,需要明晰各地区的经济发展阶段,制定完善城乡融合机制,着力解决好区域间、城乡间发展不平衡的问题。 The integration of urban and rural development is an inevitable requirement for achieving common prosperity for all people.This article is based on panel data from 30 provinces from 2006 to 2021,and uses the coupling coordination model and spatial Durbin model to deeply analyze the coupling coordination relationship and driving factors between new urbanization and rural revitalization.Research shows that the coupling coordination between the two continuously improves during the observation period;In terms of space,the coupling coordination degree of the two shows a hierarchical decreasing feature of“high in the east,low in the west”,but the development is gradually becoming more balanced.The coupling and coordination of various provinces have significant spatial agglomeration characteristics,mainly manifested as two agglomeration modes:“high-high”and“low-low”.Further research has found that factors such as economic development level,opening up level,human capital level,and technological investment have a significant impact on coupling coordination.Therefore,in the process of urban-rural integration,it is necessary to clarify the economic development stages of each region,formulate and improve the urban-rural integration mechanism,and focus on solving the problem of uneven development between regions and between urban and rural areas.
