摘要
地下储气库(以下简称储气库)是天然气产供储销产业链中的重要环节之一,较之于国内天然气调峰需求量,我国目前已建成储气库的储气能力明显不足。近年来,中国石油化工集团有限公司(以下简称中石化)持续加大储气库建设及技术攻关力度,已经建成文23、文96以及金坛共计3座储气库,实现了天然气季节调峰及应急供气,形成了具有中石化特色的储气库建设及运行配套技术,2021年中石化将新建成9座储气库,整体进入储气库建设的快车道。为了完善中石化储气调峰体系,系统分析了国内外储气库发展的现状,对中石化已建的储气库进行了详细解剖,并结合国家对储气库建设的要求,对中石化储气库建设的发展前景进行了展望。研究结果表明:①中石化具有丰富的建库资源,主要分布在华北地区和“川气东送”沿线等中东部天然气消费中心附近,具有较好的区位优势,预计储气库库容超过1000×10^(8)m^(3);②根据国家储气调峰需求与中石化天然气发展规划,中石化将打造华北地区和长江经济带两大调峰中心,建成西北、东北地区调峰站,逐步完善储气调峰体系、实现天然气全产业链效益的最大化;③基于中石化调峰设施中远期发展战略,依托油气藏、盐穴、含水层等不同类型储气库建库资源,2035年中石化将建成300×10^(8)m^(3)储气能力。
Underground gas storage(UGS)is one of the important links in the industry chain of natural gas production,supply,storage and marketing.Compared with peak-shaving natural gas demand,the gas storage capacity of existing UGSs in China is obviously insufficient.In recent years,Sinopec has been continuously strengthening UGS construction and technological research and has already built three UGSs(Wen 23,Wen 96 and Jintan).It has already realized seasonal peak shaving and emergency supply of natural gas and developed the supporting technologies of UGS construction and operation with Sinopec's characteristics.In 2021,Sinopec will construct nine UGSs and overall run into the fast lane of UGS construction.In order to improve Sinopec's gas storage and peak shaving system,this paper systematically analyzes domestic and foreign UGS development status and dissects Sinopec's existing UGSs.Then,the development prospect of Sinopec's UGS construction is forecast based on domestic UGS construction requirements.And the following research results area obtained.First,Sinopec has abundant UGS construction resources,which are mainly distributed in the North China and near the natural gas consumption centers of central-eastern China(such as along the"Sichuan-East Gas Transmission Pipeline"),so it has location advantages.And its UGS volume is predicted to be over 1000×10^(8)m^(3).Second,according to national gas storage and peak shaving demand and Sinopec's natural gas development planning,Sinopec will construct two peak shaving centers in the North China and the Yangtze River Economic Belt,build peak shaving stations in northwestern and northeastern areas and gradually improve the gas storage and peak shaving system to maximize the benefit of the whole natural gas industry chain.Third,based on the medium-and long-term development strategies of Sinopec's peak shaving facilities,Sinopec will build a gas storage capacity of 300×10^(8)m^(3) by 2035 by virtue of different types of UGS construction resources,e.g.oil/gas reservoirs salt caverns and aquifers.
