摘要
采用石灰岩、砂岩、花岗岩3种不同岩性骨料,按C30~C40 3个强度等级拌制混凝土,开展28,,90,120,180,270,360(d)7个龄期的导热系数试验。结果表明,石灰岩骨料配制的混凝土导热系数最小,砂岩次之,花岗岩最大;混凝土的导热系数随龄期增长而增加,120d之前增加较快,之后缓慢增加并趋于稳定;保温隔热混凝土的骨料优选顺序为灰岩、砂岩、花岗岩;在28〜360d龄期内,混凝土试件的导热系数随骨料体积增加而增大;相同骨料配制的混凝土强度等级越高导热系数越小;在配制保温隔热混凝土时应选择低骨料含量的配合比;提高混凝土的配制强度有助于改善混凝土的隔热性能。
3 kinds of lithologic aggregate:limestone,sandstone and granite,were used to mix concrete according to 3 strength grades from C30 to C40,and the thermal conductivity test at age of 28,56,90,120,180,270,360(d)were carried out.The results showed that:the thermal conductivity of concrete prepared with limestone aggregate was the smallest,followed by sandstone and granite;the thermal conductivity of concrete improved with the increase of age,increased rapidly before 120 d and then increased slowly and tended to be stable;the optimal order of aggregate for thermal insulation concrete was limestone,sandstone and granite;in the age of 28 to 360 d,the thermal conductivity of concrete specimens increased with the increase of aggregate volume;the higher the strength grade of concrete prepared with the same aggregate,the smaller the thermal conductivity was;in the preparation of thermal insulation concrete,the mixing ratio of low aggregate content should be selected;improving the preparation strength of concrete was helpful to improve the thermal insulation performance of concrete.
