煤矸石陶粒GRC墙板导热系数影响研究 被引量:3

Influence Research on Thermal Conductivity of Coal Gangue Ceramsites Glass-fiber Reinforced Composite (GRC) Walls

摘要 通过对各试件导热系数的测定,分析了水胶比,粉煤灰掺量,骨料掺量和煤矸石陶粒掺量四因素变化对A型GRC墙板导热系数的影响;对比了水胶比、煤矸石陶粒掺量变化下A、B两种板型GRC墙板的导热系数,并对结果进行了综合分析。试验结果表明,高水胶比、高掺量粉煤灰和低煤矸石掺量条件下,A型墙板导热系数低;在一定范围内提高骨料掺量,A型墙板导热系数降低;另外,B型墙板的导热系数远低于A型墙板,对B型墙板而言,各因素的变化对导热系数的影响显著减弱。 Effects of the four influencing factors including W/B, the contents of fly ash, aggregate and coal gangue ce- ramsites on thermal conductivity of A-type Glass-fiber Reinforced Composite (GRC) walls were studied and analyzed. Thermal conductivities of A-type and B-type walls by adjusting W/B and coal gangue ceramsites content were contrasted. The results show that the thermal conductivity of A-type wails is low under the condition of high W/B, high content of fly ash, and low content of coal gangue ceramsites. The thermal conductivity of A-type walls reduces increasing the aggregate content in a certain range; on the other hand, the thermal conductivity of B-type walls is significantly lower than that of A-type walls. The effect of the influencing factors on the thermal conductivity of B-type walls is obviously weakened.
