摘要
高校辅导员是大学生思想政治教育工作的中坚力量,是在大学生思政教育工作体系中直接面对学生的组织者、实施者和指导者,也是青年大学生成长成才的引路人和生活上的贴心人。当代大学生有着思想意识薄弱和心理承受能力低、理想信念趋于功利化、信息解读碎片化等特点,这对高校辅导员思政教育工作提出了挑战。该文结合厦门医学院辅导员工作情况,从"以勤筑信"视角出发,研究如何做好大学生思政教育工作。
College counselors are the backbone of ideological and political education for college students.They are the orga‐nizers,implementers and mentors who directly face students in the ideological and political education system,and they also play the role of guides for young college students to grow into talents and close friends in life.Contemporary college students are characterized by weak ideological consciousness,low psy‐chological endurance,utilitarian ideal and belief,and frag‐mented information interpretation,which form a huge impact and challenge to the ideological and political education work of college counselors.This paper studies how to do a good job of ideological and political education for college students from the perspective of“building trust with diligence”,combining with the work of the counselors in the writer’s school.
