摘要
通过对案例高校的调研分析可以看出,当前研究型大学教师的时间利用普遍存在时间边界模糊、时间重点偏差、时间效率低下和时间节奏混乱等多种困局。这些问题主要与教师的工作密度、工作性质、工作支撑、工作环境、工作变化以及工作素养等有直接的关联,反映的是当前高校在治理体制、人才队伍建设与保障机制等方面的不足。提高大学教师时间建构的“质”与“量”必须从解脱教师非教学科学核心的繁杂事务、完善学术休假的制度保障、强化高校行政部门的支撑能力等方面着手改革。
Through the investigation and analysis of the case universities,it can be seen that there are many dilemmas in the process of research university teachers'time use,such as fuzzy time boundary,deviation of time focus,low time efficiency and chaotic time rhythm.These problems are directly related to teachers'work density,work nature,work support,work environment,work change and work quality,which reflects the deficiencies in the governance system,talent team construction and guarantee mechanism of colleges and universities.To improve the"quality"and"quantity"of university teachers'time construction,it is necessary to start the reform from the following aspects:extricating teachers from the complicated affairs which are not the core of teaching science;improving the system guarantee of sabbatical leave;and strengthening the support ability of university administrative departments.
