摘要
文章利用2008—2018年省级面板数据,在构建制造业高质量发展评价指标体系的基础上,对中国各区域制造业高质量发展水平进行了测度与评价,研究结果表明:中国各地区制造业高质量发展水平整体呈现逐年上升的态势,但是区域间存在差异,东部地区的制造业高质量发展水平显著优于中部和西部地区。因此,要从加强制造业技术创新能力、以新动能促进制造业转型升级、加快制造业与服务业融合创新、推动制造业区域协同发展、培养适应市场需求的高端制造人才以及加快制造业绿色低碳升级等路径出发,提升中国制造业高质量发展水平。
On the base of constructing the evaluation index system for high quality development of manufacturing industry,this study measures and evaluates the high quality development level of manufacturing industry in different regions of China by 2008—2018 provincial panel data.The findings suggest that:The high quality development of manufacturing industry has maintained a good situation in various regions of China,the quality of development increased year by year,however,there are differences in the level of development among regions.The high quality development level of the manufacturing industry in the Eastern Region is obviously better than that in the central and western regions.So,we should strengthen the technological innovation ability of the manufacturing industry,promote the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry with new driving forces,accelerate the integration and innovation of the ma-nufacturing industry and the service industry,promote the coordinated development of the manufacturing in regions,train the high-end manufacturing talents to meet the needs of the market,and accelerate the green and low-carbon upgrading of the manufacturing industry,to promote the high-quality development level of China's manufacturing industry.
