摘要
为了更好地利用双相不锈钢的优异性能,综述了双相不锈钢的研究进展,分析了影响其性能的因素,即合金元素、σ相的析出、变形温度、冷却速率、固溶处理及热处理工艺。适量其他金属元素的添加和适当热处理工艺可优化双相不锈钢性能,其中Cr、Ti可提高双相不锈钢耐蚀性和屈服强度;Ni可稳定双相不锈钢两相比例;N可提高双相不锈钢抗拉强度和延伸率;σ析出相可提高其抗冲击性能和可再塑性能。适当加热操作可使双相不锈钢的两相比例均匀,耐蚀性能有所提高。
In order to better utilize the excellent performance of duplex stainless steel,the research summarizes the research progress of duplex stainless steel,analyzes the influencing factors of the performance,i.e.alloying element,the precipitation ofσphase,deformation temperature,cooling rate,solution treatment and technology for heating processing.Addition of other appropriate metal elements and suitable technology for heating processing can optimize the performance of duplex stainless steel.Among them,Cr and Ti can promote the corrosion resistance and yield strength of duplex stainless steel,Ni can stabilize the two-phase ratio of duplex stainless steel,N can promote the tensile strength and extend rate of the duplex stainless steel,andσprecipitation phase can improve the shock resistance and reconstruction performance.Appropriate heating can achieve the two-phase ratio equation of duplex stainless steel,and improve corrosion resisting property.
