里氏硬度法推定钢材强度探析

摘要 文中介绍了里氏硬度法的理论及适用条件,结合某工程实例,按单个构件检测和一批检测两种情况,分别在考虑厚度修正及不考虑厚度这二种修正条件下进行试验研究,得出结论,里氏硬度法考虑厚度修正的钢梁抗拉强度推定值更贴近拉伸试验强度值;里氏硬度法推定钢材强度试验,可以较为准确地反映钢材强度,但所得强度较拉伸试验值偏低。因此,建议在现场使用里氏硬度法检测钢材构件时,应选择有足够约束力的构件(如两端是固定支座等构件),避免因冲击过程中的颤动导致里氏硬度值偏低,为后续类似工程提供参考。 The theory and application conditions of the Leeb hardness method were introduced in the article.Based on a certain engineering example,experimental research was conducted under the conditions of considering thickness correction and not considering thickness correction for both single component testing and batch testing.The following conclusion was drawn:the estimated tensile strength of steel beams with thickness correction considered in the Leeb hardness method is closer to the tensile test strength value;The Leeb hardness method can accurately reflect the strength of steel in the strength test,but the obtained strength is lower than the tensile test value.It is recommended that when using the Leeb hardness method to detect steel components on site,components with sufficient binding force(such as fixed supports at both ends)should be selected to avoid low Leeb hardness values caused by vibration during the impact process,providing reference for similar projects in the future.
