摘要
铸态 0Cr1 7Mn1 4Mo2N双相不锈钢经过不同温度热处理后 ,δ 铁素体由枝晶状到长条状再到球状逐渐变化 ,其分布也由相对集中变得较均匀。当加热温度低于 1 2 50℃时 ,温度越高 ,δ 铁素体的球化率越高 ,分布也越均匀。拉伸试验表明在 1 1 50℃加热的试样的塑性高于 1 0 50℃加热的试样。但在 1 2 50℃加热时 ,微观组织由粗大的等轴状δ 铁素体晶粒及存在于铁素体晶界的针状二次奥氏体组成 ,塑性低于在 1 1 50℃热处理的试样。
As\|cast 0Cr17Mn14Mo2N duplex stainless steel undergone different solution heat treatment at high temperature was investigated in the present work. It was found that both the morphology and the distribution of δ ferrite in the dual phases microstructures can be changed through the heat treatment,i.e.,the morphology changed form dendritic to lamellar and then to spheroidal gradually,and the distribution changed to more uniform in the mean while. The microstructure change showed that below 1250℃,the higher the treating temperature,the more the spheroidial ratio and the more uniform the distribution of δ ferrite,with a better ductility correspondingly. But when the treating temperature went up to 1250℃,the microstructure was changed to the coarse equiaxial δ ferriet grains with the needle austenite at the boundaries,which resulted in a decrease of the ductility of the steel.
