摘要
目前,我国近七成医疗资源位于城市,城市医疗机构和医疗资源配置相对完善。另外,三级医院将基层医疗机构提供的服务纳入旗下,也造成了基层医疗资源的不足。互联网医疗的发展是改善这种卫生资源结构性失衡的良好工具,可在一定程度上缓解供需矛盾。为此,本文以“互联网+医疗”与健康乡村建设的深度融合为切入点,通过梳理“互联网+医疗”的发展脉络、服务运行情况,结合文献分析,从政策体系、人才培养、平台建设和健康促进等方面探索我国健康乡村数字化建设的发展路径,从而推动更多医疗资源向脱贫地区倾斜,巩固健康扶贫成果,推进健康乡村建设,避免规模性因病返贫现象出现。
At present,70%of China's medical resources are allocated in cities,and the allocation of urban medical institutions and medical resources is relatively complete,while high-level hospitals take the services provided by primary medical institutions under their control,resulting in a serious shortage of medical resources in primary health care institutions.The development of internet medical care is a good tool to improve this structural imbalance of health resources,which can alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand to a certain extent.Therefore,this study takes the deep integration of online medical services and healthy rural construction as the breakthrough point,combs the development context and service operation of online medical services,and combines literature analysis,to explores the development path of digital construction of healthy rural areas in China from the aspects of policy system,personnel training,platform construction and health promotion,so as to promote more medical resources to poverty-stricken areas,consolidate the achievements of health poverty alleviation,promote the construction of healthy rural areas,and avoid the phenomenon of returning to poverty due to large-scale illness.
