摘要
分级诊疗制度的目标就在于化解医疗健康领域不均衡发展的困局,但现有模式由于受到两大瓶颈的掣肘,收效甚微。“互联网+”时代给一种新模式提供了技术支撑,“互联网+”分级诊疗应运而生,其比较优势明显,是实现分级诊疗制度可持续发展的重要路径之一。其现阶段发展已初见成效,但未来发展仍需纳入法治化轨道。
The system goal of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment is to solve the problem of imbalanced development in the field of medical and health care but the existing model of little effectis limited by two bottlenecks.The era of “Internet+” provides technical support for a new model,and “Internet+” hierarchical diagnosis and treatment emerges at the historic moment.It has obvious comparative advantages and is one of the important paths to realize the sustainable development of the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system.Its current development has achieved initial results,but future development still needs to be brought into the rule of law track.
