摘要
煤矿智能开采工作面建设是煤矿智能化建设的核心任务,对煤矿智能开采工作面建设现状进行了系统梳理,指出,煤矿智能开采工作面建设与国家及行业政策、国家科研投入力度和综采工作面控制系统装备发展紧密相关。在煤矿智能开采工作面建设过程中,应结合国家政策要求和各煤矿实际情况,分类施策、分级实施,建成初级、中级、高级智能化煤矿和智能开采工作面,实现煤矿智能开采少人化/无人化。以国家能源集团智能采煤工作面建设基本要求为依据,提出了智能开采工作面初级、中级、高级智能化解决方案及其对应功能。针对煤矿智能开采工作面建设问题,提出了统一规划设计、制定智能开采工作面建设标准、加强智能开采工作面运维、补齐辅助环节智能化短板、培养智能开采全面解决方案提供商、提升员工智能化专业技术能力与水平等6个方面的对策建议。
The construction of coal mine intelligent mining face is the core task of coal mine intelligent construction.In this paper,the current situation of coal mine intelligent mining face construction was systematically combed,and it was pointed out that the construction of coal mine intelligent mining face was closely related to national and industrial policies,national scientific research investment and the development of control system equipment of fully mechanized mining face.During the construction of intelligent mining face of coal mine,it was necessary to combine the national policy requirements with the actual situation of each coal mine,carry out classified strategies and graded implementation,build primary,medium and advanced intelligent coal mines and intelligent mining faces,and realize less manned/unmanned intelligent mining of coal mine.On the basis of the basic requirements of intelligent mining face construction of China Energy Investment Corporation,the primary,medium and advanced intelligent solutions and their corresponding functions of intelligent mining face were put forward.In view of the construction problems of coal mine intelligent mining face,six countermeasures and suggestions were put forward including unified planning and design,formulating the construction standards of intelligent mining face,strengthening the operation and maintenance of intelligent mining face,supplementing the weakness points of intelligent auxiliary links,cultivating the comprehensive solution provider of intelligent mining,and improving the intelligent professional technical ability and level of employees.
