摘要
精准就业作为现阶段高校大学生就业工作的主要方向,是促使大学生群体准确对接工作岗位、提升高校整体就业质量的关键。而随着互联网技术的全面普及,探索互联网背景下大学生的精准就业服务成为高校就业工作的重要问题。在互联网技术优势加持下,高校大学生精准就业服务能够有效实现目标精准、过程精准、结果精准以及保障精准等根本要求。然而,受传统就业思维、高校就业工作模式等因素影响,互联网与大学生精准就业服务融合面临着信息不对称、网络价值难以发挥等问题。为此,高校需深挖互联网与精准就业的契合点,探索网络背景下大学生精准就业服务工作理念创新、模式构建、队伍培养以及平台搭建等实践路径。
Precise employment,as the main direction of the employment of college students at this stage,is the key to urging college students to accurately match jobs and improve the overall quality of employment in colleges and universities.With the comprehensive popularization of Internet technology,exploring the precise employment services for college students under the background of the Internet has become an important issue in the employment of colleges and universities.With the blessing of Internet technology advantages,the precise employment services for college students can effectively achieve the fundamental requirements of precise goals,precise processes,precise results,and precise guarantees.However,affected by factors such as traditional employment thinking and employment work patterns in universities,the integration of the Internet and precision employment services for college students faces problems such as information asymmetry and difficulty in exerting network value.To this end,colleges and universities need to dig deeper into the connection between the Internet and precision employment,and explore practical paths such as the concept of innovation,model construction,team training,and platform construction of precision employment services for college students under the network background.
