摘要
本文从高校就业市场服务现状问题入手,分析新时期"互联网+"背景下,企业招聘和学生求职的变化,在此基础上通过笔者所在学校新版就业信息网的建设和实践,尝试总结和归纳高校精准化就业市场服务体系的构建方法,并进一步深入研究如何提升高校就业服务的精准化。
The paper starts with the current situation of the university employment market service and analyzes the changes in the corporate recruitment and students’job-hunting in the era of"Internet+".On this basis,through the construction and practice of the new version of the employment information network of the university,the author tries to conclude and summarize the construction methods of precise employment market service system in colleges and universities and further study how to improve the precision of college employment service.
