ZG310大型座体的铸造工艺设计及模拟优化

摘要 以ZG310材质的座体为研究对象,分析其结构特征,并针对性进行浇注系统、冒口等工艺细节设计。首先采用Pro/E5.0软件进行三维建模;其次在AnyCasting软件中对铸件成型过程进行数值模拟仿真;最后对座体凝固仿真结果进行缺陷预测分析,并对工艺进行相应优化。结果表明,采用开放式底部注入浇注系统,选择最大孔径截面为最终分型面且浇注时将铸件竖起来使大平面朝上的方案浇注,座体充型平稳有利于实现座体的顺序凝固;通过放置冷铁和加大冷铁的尺寸可以消除座体铸件的缩孔缩松缺陷,从而保证了铸件的产品质量,对实际生产起到指导作用。 Taking the seat made of ZG310 material as the research object,the structural characteristics are analyzed,and the process details such as pouring system and riser are designed accordingly.Firstly,Pro/E5.0 software was used for 3D modeling.Secondly,numerical simulation of casting forming process was carried out in AnyCasting software.Finally,defect prediction analysis was carried out on the simulation results of block solidification,and the process was optimized accordingly.The results show that by using the open bottom injection gating system,selecting the maximum aperture section as the final parting surface and raising the casting to make the large plane face up,the stable filling of the seat is beneficial to the sequential solidification of the seat.By placing chillers and increasing the size of chillers,the defects of shrinkage cavity and porosity of seat castings can be eliminated,so as to ensure the quality of castings and play a guiding role in actual production.
