摘要
应用AnyCasting软件对铁路货车17型车钩钩体铸钢件的工艺方案进行数值模拟,分析预测了初始工艺状态下铸件内部可能产生的缩孔缩松缺陷。通过车钩铸件铸造工艺生产验证和铸件解剖检查,验证了数值模拟结果的准确性。有针对性地采取工艺措施之后,铸造出质量合格的车钩铸件。
The preliminary process capability analysis of 17 type coupler steel castings for railway freight cars was carried out by using AnyCasting software numerical simulation technology.The shrinkage and porosity defects in the castings were predicted.The accuracy of numerical simulation results was verified by the actual casting production and dissection inspection of coupler casting.After the process measures are taken,the qualified coupler castings were obtained.
